​How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@chantillylane.shop within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
​
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Original tags must be attached

Items must be returned in original packaging

Items must be free of makeup, deodorant marks, odors, fabric pulls, or damage not present when shipped
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Items marked Final Sale

Items discounted 50% or more
-
Items that do not meet the condition requirements
If a return is received that does not meet these conditions, the refund will be issued as store credit at our discretion.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Once approved, items must be received by our warehouse within 15 days

Returns are not accepted after 30 days from delivery

Returns received outside of these timeframes may be denied or refunded as store credit
Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

A return handling fee may apply and will be deducted from the refund
Once your return is received:

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing

Refunds may take an additional 2–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank
We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a refund due to lateness, damage, or other return issues.
Exchanges

If your item doesn’t fit, we offer exchanges for a different size of the same style, based on availability.

Shipping Information

In-stock items ship within 24–72 business hours

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

Lost or Damaged Packages
​
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your package appears lost or damaged, please contact info@chantillylane.shop for assistance.
Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the carrier investigation is resolved. This process may take up to 60 days. Proof of shipment or tracking is required.
Order Changes
​
Orders may be changed within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@chantillylane.shop. After 24 hours, orders are final.
