Sustainability

Beautifully Made. Consciously Worn.

Materials We Use

We believe great clothes start with thoughtful materials, the kind that feel good to wear and are made with care for people and the planet.

Organic Cotton

Our organic cotton is grown without harmful pesticides or synthetic fertilizers, making it gentler on the earth and on the people who grow it. It’s breathable, soft, and durable, which is ideal for everyday pieces you’ll reach for again and again.

Organic Linen

Made from flax and grown with minimal water, organic linen is one of our favorite low-impact fabrics. It’s lightweight, naturally breathable, and only gets better with time. Easy, airy, and endlessly wearable.

Cruelty-Free Silk

Our silk is produced without harming the silkworms, because beautiful fabrics shouldn’t come at the expense of living things. Soft, fluid, and timeless, it adds an elevated feel to pieces you can wear day or night.

Natural & Recycled Materials (Hardware)

For buttons, closures, and finishing details, we use natural and recycled materials whenever possible. This helps reduce waste and give existing resources a second life — proof that even the smallest details can make a difference.

Our Suppliers

The people behind our pieces matter just as much as the materials. We work with trusted manufacturing and fabric partners who share our commitment to ethical, responsible production.

Our suppliers prioritize:

  • Safe and healthy working environments

  • Fair wages

  • Proper training and transparent record-keeping

Our manufacturing partners hold respected certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SGS, reflecting high standards for quality, sustainability, and compliance.

We also partner exclusively with fabric suppliers certified by internationally recognized organizations, including:

  • GRS (Global Recycled Standard) — verifies that recycled materials are genuinely recycled and responsibly processed

  • BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) — helps ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and ethical labor practices

  • FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) — confirms that fibers are sourced from responsibly managed forests that protect people and the environment

  • OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 — tests fabrics for harmful substances to ensure they’re safe, non-toxic, and gentle on skin

Shipping & Packaging

We keep our packaging intentional and as low-impact as possible, without sacrificing quality or care.

Our shipping materials are a thoughtful mix of:

  • Recyclable, compostable, and recycled materials

  • Packaging made with post-consumer waste

  • Reusable packaging when possible

We use FSC-certified mailers, meaning materials come from responsibly managed forests that protect biodiversity and support fair working conditions. We also keep packaging minimal, use algae-based inks, and offset carbon emissions.

1% for the Planet

Giving back is part of our promise. We proudly commit to donating at least 1% of our annual sales to environmental organizations working to protect and restore the planet.

Every purchase helps support that mission and we’re really glad you’re part of it.
